Cannot consume stamina fruit

Title
I cannot consume the stamina fruit I received for having made 200 donations to the museum and then my toolbar is stuck and I can't open the menus (like map, crafting, etc) anymore. I can only open the menu to go to the settings or quit the game.
Reproduction Steps
Donate at least 200 things to the museum, receive stamina fruit and try and eat it.

It seems a different bug though because I’m unable to even eat the fruit in the first place and then have my menus stuck. I can walk around town just fine but can’t select anything else from my hotbar or open the map/crafting menu/friendship menu/journal/etc

I still have the fruit in my inventory unused

I would try verifying the integrity of the game files. I tested on the same version/platform as yours with a freshly installed game, and I was able to eat the fruit.
