Always crash or blue screen in ps5

Always got blue screen minutes after starting a Day in game

Hi @echo crow , thank you for reaching out to us! We’ve received several reports of crashes occurring on PS5. Can you please check if any of the following match the issue you’re experiencing?

• Crash when attempting to load certain co-op save files
• Crash for guests when moving specific decor items (stone waterfall) using the Architect Desk
• Crash when harvesting or picking up items from a mushroom log
• Crash when removing a battery from a solar panel
• Crash for guests when picking up ranching items on the farm
• Crash for guests when selecting the Carpenter interaction in the Carpenter Shop
• Crash for guests after selecting the Develop Equipment interaction in Ling’s Lab
• Crash when cooking Stone Soup with random ingredients

If your crashing issue doesn’t match any of the scenarios mentioned above, could you share what activities you were doing in the game just before the crash happened? Any details you remember would be really helpful!

I just walking around town and random things like checking inventory and then got blue screen, even loading the save game got crash or blue screen that happen 3 or 4 time. Already rebuild data base, clear cache or re install but still same issue. I'm sure this is not only me in ps5

i’ve experienced this quite number of times too, on PS5, it’s hard to tell what’s the cause of the crash because they happened randomly

Same. It happen often now. Sometimes in the morning after wake up or when its almost night. Can you please fix this 🥲

I was fishing n had my game on paused n it crashed so now have start the day over again. I’m on ps5

I sadly didn’t record it or anything sorry

Does reporting it to Sony do anything?

It also my first time that happens

It happens on me this day, twice in a row in one day. its all-single player mode.

Just open the inventory and do nothing then it crashed, I just send a report via report button on my playstation with the video attached

Hiii, I’m getting issues aswell with PS5 crashes randomly

My other crashes were while I wasn’t doing anything much except running around. Only started having the issues today but I can’t get through 1 in game day without it happening.

Hopefully it gets fixed soon 🙏
