#I got kicked out from Multiplayer

We’ve received similar reports from players who are unable to open their co-op save files on both Steam and PS5, and our team is currently investigating. It’s possible that what you’re experiencing is related, but we’d like to confirm
Could you let us know:
- When was the last time you played the game in real time?
- What activities you were doing in-game before the issue occurred?
- Whether you experienced any crashes during your last play session before encountering this issue?

Hi Dinda,
- Before the crash happened (24 Sept 2025 1PMish WIB), I played single player on the 23 Sept 2025 night time WIB, probably after 9PM WIB).
- Not much, I just turned the xbox on, hard quit the game (click xbox button when it's on homepage, click three lines, click quit) cause for some reason i have to do it every single time we multiplay otherwise the game would say "your connection is unstable" and wouldn't let me play. Then when I clicked the game to start, at the homepage a message (I wrote on number 3 below) appeared.
- Yes, I experienced crash during that 23 Sept single player. What happened was when it was on "saving.." mode, instead of "game saved", it kicked me out to homepage, which has happened millions times before on my single player (long before multiplayer exist and sometimes i told you guys through IG DM, cause obv i couldn't catch to record it). And when I was starting to play on the 24 Sept, there was a message "we found some issues in your last game, but don't worry we already back it up for you. Please check your game to see if it's loaded" - something like that & when I checked, obviously the previous game wasn't saved. As usual haha
