Reproduction Steps: I'm reporting as I seen it.
Repro Rate: First time its occurred
Game Platform: Steam
Game Version: 1.2-1239
Input Mode: Mouse and keyboard:
Your save file: Strangely enough, I have two? I attached both
I was going to try and uninstall and reinstall, in addition to check integrity of my game files but let me know if i should refrain. Thank you so much for your help.

I’m so sorry you ran into this—especially since this makes you lose all those materials.

The team is already working on a fix. From our investigation, the issue happens when a quest is partially submitted and then the game is reload or closed, which causes the progress to reset.

As a temporary workaround, kindly gather all the required items first and submit them all at once before closing the game.
