If you have already activated your save code, no, they cannot transfer it. They had send out an email to backers if we wanted to change codes about a year ago, they could have exchanged it for you then if you had not used it

as for changing the core mechanics of how the game works with the Goddess, I don't think that is going to change. The Goddess was shown in the kickstarter, so you would have know at the time you donated that it was going to be part of this game

They are in Indonesia, so you'll need to wait for it to be business hours for them. You cannot buy a dragon. Once you redeem the code for it, that's the system you have it on. If you have not yet redeemed your game code, they might be able to change it for you
