Town Rank B in Community Center but I already have an underwater farm so I'm in Town Rank A?

In my community center it says I'm in Town Rank B but in the Town Rank menu it says A? and Pufferfish already left the town, it's been a while since I last played this so I can't remember if I've seen the cutscene where pufferfish left the town but the building is already abandoned. So i dont really know what town rank am I. Any help is appreciated thanks ❤️
