Hi! I tried to use key words to try to find my answers but I’m also trying to avoid as many spoilers as possible 😅😭 I am in Year 1, Spring 16? Could you believe it took me to Spring 5 to find the carpenters house, and Spring 8 to figure out how to pull up the map? 😂 Yeah, a little behind. I know there’s no “wrong” way of playing, but I don’t like feeling like I’m not in a place I need to be.
(Other games that I have been told that may have similar mechanics: I’ve never played stardew valley, only Palia and Animal Crossing, so that’s my only experience I can draw to not be completely clueless!)

Obviously, we’re farmers so our main point is to sell crops. So I shouldn’t be hanging onto the crops, I should be selling them. But I’m doing the ocean quests, clearing my farm from debris, catching bugs, etc— and my energy goes down pretty quickly, so how do I min-max that?

What’s the best things to sell early game other than crops? I’m hesitant to sell trash because, well things that usually are abundant early on that don’t respawn usually become more valuable down the road- so I feel like I’m stuck twiddling my thumbs while the day quickly passes me. So now I barely have two corals to rub between my fingers and I’m missing out on potential events I could have been ready for had I not been lacking. (Thank you, Cherry Blossom Festival + Judge Ross + my poor Turnip )
Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated, even if you could point me in the right direction! Thank you!

Wish me luck
