I think it bugged because I only returned to the location after it was ready, I didn't visit previously while it was under maintenance(Will transferring the save from Xbox to Steam resolve the bug?)

Transferring save from Xbox to steam will corrupt your save

Hmm you can add this to the report so we'll check and do a reproduction on how you discovered the bug! 😄

Unfortunately, as Vixia said, we don't recommend transfering your save file as it might corrupt the files instead
