An extra pickaxe was created somehow

Reproduction Steps: No precise steps, but from what I gather, guest 1 took a pickaxe to upgrade, and somehow managed to duplicate that pickaxe the following day from the blacksmith, we noticed this multiple days late so we have no clue how it happened, leaving us with 2 bronze pickaxes and an extra base pickaxe, second pickaxe was claimed through the "retrieve upgraded tools" prompt at the blacksmiths

I took my pickaxe to the blacksmith to have it upgraded to bronze, then retrieved it the next day. I gave it to @rugged pulsar because they needed it for the day. I thought their own pickaxe was at the blacksmith so i went to retrieve it by clicking on "retrieve upgraded tools" (and it worked, but they infact never went to upgrade their own pickaxe).

After that, we both had bronze pickaxes but then Host noticed a normal pickaxe in one of our chests

Hi @rugged pulsar @wicked reef , thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! To clarify, does it mean that Guest 2 went to retrieve the upgraded tool twice? Also, does the "Retrieve upgraded tools" prompt continue to show up at the blacksmith afterwards?

Furthermore, what you were doing on the day when you went to upgrade the tool and the day you went to retrieve it? How did Guest 2 give the pickaxe to Host? Thank you for your cooperation

Alright so. First of all, i made a similar report a few minutes ago that i think explains the problem

Then yes, i went to the blacksmith the day before to give my normal pickaxe for an upgrade to bronze. I can't really remember what i did this day, but probably mining and went to the blacksmith at the end of the day.

I went to retrieve it the next day as usual. That's when Host asked me to have my bronze pickaxe so i could do something else while they went mining. I thought they wanted my pickaxe because they put theirs to the blacksmith. So i went back there and was just able to retrieve it (they never put their pickaxe to the blacksmith, they just put it in a chest since they had mine)

So yes, i could take it twice because i didn't have any pickaxe in my inventory at that moment. I'm fairly sure i could put the bronze pickaxe in a chest and go retrieve a new pickaxe at the blacksmith again

To give the pickaxe to the Host, i just put mine in the chest and they grabbed it from there

After looking at the screenshots i took today, it seems what's written wasn't "retrieve upgraded tools" but "retrieve missing tools"
