- Reproduction Steps: I've noticed that tourists are still not showing up on my island even though I'm at rank B end of 1st year summer. Two tourist backer npcs can be found at the inn, but no one else. Never saw a ship arrive, the tourist bin has always been empty. I saw the last hotfix had fixed this but unfortunately I've not seen a change.

I guess I have this bug too. I hadn't even realised that tourist are a thing aside from the backers as they appear in the journal.

Yeah I just suddenly realised as I hit rank B "... hey, shouldn't I have been seeing some tourists by now??" I did see them in the bg of hang out events and such, but not during regular playing

I don't think tourist are at the festival. I've only ever seen them the day before the festival. But as my tourists are bugged don't take my word for it.
