End Of Day Crash Report

Hi! I am on Spring 10, Year 2. When I try to save the game and go to Spring 11, the game crashes. It has happened 3 times.
I play on Xbox through GamePass, Cloud gaming.
Please let me know if I need to do anything else! It's my first time posting here!

Could you let us know if you're playing on Xbox for PC or console? Also, did the game generate an error pop-up, or did it just go to a black screen and then back to the Xbox home screen directly after the crash? 😮

Hey there! Xbox console 🙂 yes it generated an error pop-up. I'll try it again tomorrow to see exactly what the error message is 🙂

Hi there i am on PC with xbox game pass & the game crashes pretty much everyday after winter festival, it goes black screen then says unreal engine 4 error

this is the error message "the ue4 projectvoralgdk game has crashed and will close"

no, although it happens every end of day just before the game saves

Whenever it crashes it tells me "disconnected from cloud gaming, this game has closed unexpectedly"

It won't let me screenshot or video due to a message that says "cloud gaming is blocking captures". Here is a picture from my phone:)

i managed to get a video, i even tried turning down the settings to lowest but still crashed

Thanks for sharing this! Just to clarify, does the popup only appear when you're saving the game? Have you tried saving on the same day multiple times and replaying it, but the popup still shows up? 😮
