I have tried for several days to give Zarah the 2 missing pieces of the treasure map and the event will not trigger even though the quest says meet zarah at her house. Im not sure what to do

Wait for Zarah letter inviting you to the city hall, usually after a day you get the folder. after that you just have to enter the house during the day, don't go to the npc because the cutscene is in her house

Hello Kat! Hmm, to help us better understand the problem, could you share a video showing the Quest and when you try to go to Zarah's house? A phone-recorded will work and you can send it whenever you're availabe! Thank you!

May I ask if you had the chance to check Zarah's position on the map when you visited her house? Also, could you let us know your in-game date when you try to complete the quest?

Ive tried when zarah is home and when shes not home, the event is not triggering regardless. & I got the treasure map pieces towards the end of summer. Ive been trying to get this quest to work since fall day 1. Its now fall day 18…nothing.

Yes, the treasure map is in my inventory when visiting zarah house

I have 6 hearts with zarah and it says new event!

It finally triggered! I had to track the new event apparently? Which is odd so now it’s continuing the quest

I dont 😕 I clicked on the link you provided and then went to zarah npc profile and clicked on new event. It gave instructions on what time and weather to go to zarah house! I was probably going at the wrong time.
