I am on the latest version of single player on PC (steam)
I have just unlocked the bamboo forest and it has come up with the 'waiting for other players' warning.
I managed to get past by restarting the game.
Just thought i would let you know incase others have had the same problem

Same thing - this happened to me on 1/5 when I unlocked the bamboo forest.
I am playing on PC - Steam.
I kept getting little bugs/glitches in my newer save, so I switched to an older one. No issues for a few in-game days until I completed the requirements for the bamboo forest.

Yes, my game had a crash report and I can't play it. I need to play pervious save instead.
