i didn't install any mods. I installed game from steam and play.

you have something downloaded that is interfering which is whats making that pop up. it says "the unreal mod unlocker" and " report this issue to us and compatibility added for the game you are trying to mod".

i unintalled game and i found suspicious folder in Steam\steamapps\common\Coral Island\ProjectCoral\Binaries\Win64

and delete it.

then reinstall

looks like it could have been a mod manager you had interfering with it

may not have had any mods but sometimes those mod managers can still cause issues depending on how they r set up
