#stuck on saving at end of day

this has happened about 3-4 times to me. basically at the end of the day it’ll get stuck on the “saving…” screen. like really stuck stuck. i waited for 5 or 10 minutes the first few times before having to just close the application cause nothing would happen. luckily it did save the previous days every time its happened so i never ended up losing anything but it is pretty annoying and id rather not eventually have it not actually save. the first time was right after i healed the coral tree and decided to sleep in the barracks, so i thought it might’ve had something to do with trying to sleep under water, but it’s happened a few other times on land as well. i can’t remember exactly what i was doing on those days, there wasn’t anything consistent. like sometimes i’d have offered something at the temple and other days i’d just have been in the mines. my laptop isn’t the best but it’s able to run pretty smoothly on medium graphics. i had been playing on low with a capped frame rate but it actually made the lag/stuttering worse so i changed the settings and it runs better now, but i have had more issues like this. idk if it’s cause of the settings i changed or if it’s cause of the new patch since i changed them around the time of the patch but before that i hadn’t had any issues or crashes. i can try to upload my save file if needed but im not upset discord/tech savvy so lemme know and ill try to figure it out

This has happened to me as well. I noticed its reproducible for me whenever I go sleep in the underwater home near the farm. Doesn’t seem to happen on surface home. Very annoying I agree so I just don’t sleep underwater anymore. You could try that.

I see. Maybe a 1.1 thing then. Hope they work out a fix soon. Too many issues to play right now.
