#missing rare gems from alter

Hi,
On my Xbox series X, version 1.1-1198

After the 1.1 update, I went to the Lake alter to submit some items and saw that the rare gem requirements had changed and that the ones I had previously submitted were gone. Sucks, but fair enough, I thought, figuring the transfer might have been difficult and so I just started to collect them again. Yesterday, I managed to complete 2 of the three collections in that category and get 1/3 on the last. But upon booting up the game today, one collection was done and the other two were empty.

I am worried to try to replicate it again because the time it takes to get rare and super rare gems is quite an investment, and since the game only saves between days and there is no backup save, if I lose the ones I have collected since...

Hi! @tardy elbow thanks for sharing your report. About the issue with rare gems, the team are informed about it.. and they're currently wortking to fix it. Thank a lot for your patience. 😉

Same happen to me on PC, every rare and extra rare gems have disapear... 😦 Same for my friend who play.

Same for me on PC (Steam Deck). I initially thought I was remembering things from a previous save, but I know for a fact I offered a Ruby yesterday but the count is back to 0 😦

Happened to me twice on PC, didn't notice right away >< And it happened just with the ||guardian mural, i submitted my ostrich mayo yesterday and realised today it was still left to be completed.|| My tactic for now is to keep everything in a "to donate" chest and donate it all at once triggering it's completion.
