It's Mark's birthday and his gift count is negative one!

I've heard of demanding a gift but this is ridiculous! 🤣

Reproduction: I reloaded the previous day and Mark's gift count was 0. Every time I reload/restart the current day, his gift count is -1.
Platform/Input: Steam/PC, Keyboard & Mouse
Version: 1.1-1198

I have a video of me showing the gift count, giving Mark a gift, and the gift count then being at 0. Let me know if you'd like the video.

p.s. I just realized I need to see what happens if he doesn't get a gift. Will update when I know.

I've seen that before, I believe that's the way of the game making sure even if you've given an NPC 2 gifts for the week, you can still give them one more for their birthday.
I've seen it multiple times with multiple NPCs on their birthday, so I'm not sure if it's a bug or not
