Reproduction Steps:
I started a new save a few days ago after not playing since early EA and noticed that I no longer had the Kickstarter "Farmer Outfit" set in my mailbox. I started another new save just to double check and it wasn't there. I double-checked the game's DLC page on Steam to make sure it was check-marked, it is. So I played a few in-game days to see if it would show up in my mailbox, it did not.
With the 1.1 update, I started another new save and the outfit still didn't show up in the mailbox.
Repro Rate:
It is a constant issue. The outfit set has not shown up once.
