Hi ! I saw a tip that I must save up my wild seeds over the course of spring until fall because I might not be able to plant on winter if my town rank isn't above C. But, is it possible to reach above rank C on your first year? I am currently at D and it's almost fall, thank you!

Yes you can do it if you focus on town rank. Clearing the ocean is a huge boost- and then you also get a lot of points for completing collections in the museum.
Focus on hitting 140 donations instead of rank C- because then you get your snowdrop seeds there and that's really the only reason you'll want to be C by winter.
Snowdrops are also a spring flower. It's for the altar bundle

Promote it to friends so they buy it and play it lol
But just being here is a great way. You can boost the server and it helps the team.
There's no dlc's currently though to further support after you buy the game
