I was playing the apple game in Harvest Festival but my inventory was full, after I won the game and received all the gifts, my game crashed. I was playing on Xbox Series S

Was about to report a crash but saw thos thread so I'll mention here that I also had a crash with the apple game at the harvest festival.
First attempt at the day I did a lot of tasks on the farm, visited the museum and Sam's shop, gathered my items then waited outside the square for festival to start. Went around the all the folks at the festival giving gifts then played the apple game. The first time I played I got 2nd place so I tried and and on the second play I got 1st place and the game crashed right after the winner screen
My second attempt I turned the game to 80% speed so I didn't have to wait as long (usually play at 50) did less farm tasks, visited Sam's, gathered items, headed to square and waited outside till it start. Went around to talk and give gifts to villages and then decided to do apple game again just to see what would happen. This time I got 1st place on my first attempt and once again the game crashed right after the winner screen showed
My first time playing the day I had a bit of lag so I was worried it might crash but the second time I didn't have any lag so no warning signs to the crash
I'm about to try a third time to play the day and I might try to apple game again but try to get second play just so I can report back what happens

I put the speed back to 50 so it wasn't different then the first attempt. Did some things on the farm, gathered material, waited outside. Once festival started I went straight to bobbing and only got 3rd place, it didn't crash right away so I gifted my items, talked to villagers, submitted and won festival.
I couldn't collect my price for winning the harvest game but otherwise it ran ok. Didn't crash on the save screen either

When you "try on the second play", did you reload the game from pause menu or did you happen to exit the game first and open it again?

Hi dinda! I'm not sure if you're asking about my second play of the apple bobbing game on attempt 1 of the day or about my second attempt at the day. Here's an answer to both just to be sure:
On attempt 1 of the day I played the apple bobbing game twice. The first round I got 2nd place so I played the bobbing game again and got 1st place. I didnt do anything between the rounds of apple bobbing. Just immediately interacted with the barrel and selected to play the bobbing game again. It didn't crash until after I got 1st place, the score displayed and I clicked to close the menu and continue to festival.
Attempt 1 and 2 of the day, crashed all the way to the Xbox home page, so I reloaded the game from there. Attempt 1: I got 2nd and 1st place. Attempt 2: I got 1st place. Attempt 3: I got 3rd place.

I also am crashing when I win 1st place on apple game, (was playing on xbox seris x) year 2 (year one I won first and everything worked fine but this year its crashing)

My game has crashed 3 times during the harvest festival after winning in the Apple bobbing contest. I play on xbox series x. It took me back to my xbox home screen & had me select my game from the main menu. I still haven’t gotten it to work 😦
Edit: I changed my time to 80% from 50% & that seemed to correct the bug. I was able to go through the harvest festival & games with no issues.
