Tree planting festival

Hi!
I’m playing on PS5. Currently in year three, and I’m stuck trying to “Prepare the soil in Area B” at the Tree planting festival. Even if I try using the hoe to prepare the tiles, it doesn’t do anything and I can’t leave the festival in the middle of the activity.
Also the “I’m stuck” button doesn’t work.

Hi! Yes, here is the video. I didn’t try again, I closed the game and open again so lost progress on that day and continued without joining the festival.
