Multiple Tools

I've got multiple tools when there's some earthquake last night. I've received missing tool from blacksmith several times. There still have 'received missing tool' in a blacksmith shop dialogue after I received multiple times.

I playing on PC and the game version is 1.0947
Before the issue it's just appear to have some earthquake i the game, instead of that everything is normal.

So after you retrieve your missing tools in the blacksmith, the option "retrieve missing tool" is still available right?

Yes it's still available

in this video, my tools are still in the chest. It's clearly that only tools in chest can still retrieve in blacksmith.
