A little over a week ago, I received a notice from BackerKit for a new reward entry under Coral Island (from the January survey).
There is no product key listed yet; should I be worried? Or does this simply mean the order has been placed and this key entry will update to the final key once you all receive them from Sony?

For issues with keys, generally you should contact support@stairwaygames .com.

I sent an email to them through BackerKit a week ago and a follow-up email directly to support@stairwaygames.com this past Friday (in case the BackerKit redirect isn't set up or monitored).
The Kickstarter Update recommended reaching out via support@stairwaygames.com or Discord, so I thought if what I was seeing in BackerKit was totally normal, someone here in Discord might be able to confirm it.
Sounds like that might not be the case, so I'll wait for a response via email.
