#Does the Steam version crashes less? Can i transfer my save file from PC Xbox Game Pass to Steam?

I want to play so badly but i'm stuck on Animal Festival bc it crashes when i try to register to Cow Race (and i don't want to skip it either), i have heard the problem is on Xbox Game Pass version on PC and i had issues with my game crashing before. People who have steam version can you tell me if you guys have less experience with game crashing? I'm willing to purchase the game on Steam if its worth and there is any way to transfer my save file. Do you recommend it? Thanks.

I'd also like to know this, and am willing to purchase it on steam as well if the issues are less/non existent

steam is much more stable- the dev team will say no- do not transfer

while you can technically transfer it- you're putting the file at risk and you'll most likely lose it at some point- IE some people are fine and can play for another 100 hours and then lose it. some lose it sooner.

so honestly- dont transfer it. we have EA files where you can get starter funds instead

steam has always been more stable and i've been here since .2/.3 beta time

download the game- load a save file and instantly sleep- go pick between 5k, 25k, 500k, 20 mill and almost 40 million

IF you transfer and something happens to your file- the team will basically say "too bad. we aren't helping you"

think of it this way- you'll have starter funds AND you can do it better and prep better to kick bobby's butt year one 😄

Honestly with how much I've learned it wont take much to get back to where I was, and I'm, so addicted right now it wont be a problem restarting on steam

yeah, me too, and im kinda impatient to wait for an update, i know the devs are trying their best, im just too excited to play xD

well yeah no wonder why the game is more stable on steam, it's quite a few more updates ahead

@topaz sand Just a heads up keep an eye out on steam, sometimes steam likes to bundle games you already have with another game (they bundled my time at sandrock and coral island) together for me so I saved 5%, it's basically just a thank you from steam for purchasing games but it saves you a bit of money

Transfer worked fine for me and the steam version just works so much better. Been playing the whole 2nd year on steam now

Thank you for asking this question. I was going to ask, but figured I'd better search for it first. Today has been really bad with crashes. I'll buy the game on steam as well, sucks I'll lose all my progress but, I guess ill deal with it and hope it goes better
