Maybe give it some more time. A few NPC's heart events are bugged right now so it might be a bug or it could just take more time. Im planning on marring noah on my main playthrough but I havent gotten that far yet as Im taking it slow this time around.

You do have to get him to 8 hearts for those details to arrive ^^ do you have him there yet? I also first thought it may be one of those cases where a NPC has several events for the same heart level, buuut it's not 😄
