Can you put fish in the aquariums sold at the furniture store?

can you put fish in the 2 aquariums sold in the furniture store.... the east asian style? Or perhaps the fish bowl?

I don't know exactly, didn't try that yet. But i think you can't, since there's a fish pond where you can throw all your fish friends already

You can pay the carpenters to make you one (and you get one as a gift from leveling up Fishing skill, too). Put a pair of fish in there and they breed and multiply over time (same for the insect nest besides it)
