Will the backer rewards that were already distributed before v1.0 be usable in v1.0? I know from the announcement that everything (save gold in New Game+) will reset, but does that mean our already claimed backer rewards will too?

Yes, they should still be available similarly to how the DLC items were given to you: through the mailbox system

Those codes were steam codes, so once they get redeemed, they're permanently redeemed on your account
