I adopted a pet and the people came to my house but my pet cant be found i looked everywhere but he's no where hes not in the house or on my bed 😦

You require both the pet bed and the pet house, I believe - they don't work with just one.

It doesn't (but might in 1.0). Outdoor just isn't implemented yet
