No, I don't think there are any items that give negative points. Pretty sure Disliked and Hated items are only worth 0.

rank C means you probably got a lot of points retroactively from town rank ups - and you'll get more when you hit rank B

i want my playtrhough to have all the cutscenes then after doing the all quest/mission then go to relationship thats how i always play my game like in story season/harveestmoon.

However several of them occur inside houses - so while you can't avoid the ones that the beach, you CAN avoid the ones inside people's houses & the clinic
and you need to have seen the previous cutscene for the next cutscene to trigger
so as long as you miss that first one you won't see the others
