I can’t get past the black roots in Dua Pulu that were there before the update, all the orbs around that area are activated so I don’t get why the roots still haven’t disappeared. Do I need a cut scene with Ling or something? Or the mermaids?

Yes 20/20 cleared for the Se Pulu area but not for Dua Pulu (not sure if that’s still a silver kelp area or gold) I can’t get to this part in the Dua Pulu area. (See pics) I had I think two cutscenes with the merfolk before the update, haven’t had any yet now

That’s the silver area. You need to clear the remainder to reach the gate and open the way to the kingdom

That’s why I linked the pathing map. You missed a hidden staircase
It’s how you reach the area and can clear them. Then the roots will go away
