Since the community managers indicated a while back that it’s ok to report typos in bug channel, I would think it should be ok. Idk how bad it is though to comment in this instance

The language file could not be found because the folder is locked. It is very disappointing.

The team refers to the bug report channel more than this forum.
If the size of your post is a concern for you, you can always just use the in-game Feedback button. Either way, the team will take note of all the reports and forward them to Humble Games when they take over the localization efforts.
