I can't seem to trigger the quest. I got the "bleh" when giving him the fish. There is no WIP next to the quest now.

It was buggy in beta, but was mostly working if you got the rest of his scenes first

Yea I still haven’t been able to do the quest. I just carry the salmon around just in case lol

Mine went to a cut scene where we were prepairing a salmon and then just sort of cut out. seems bugged. His picture quest I think is also bugged. I gave him the picture of his wife and he said "ok" lol

mine did't trigger either. been carrying a salmon for a whole year

UPDATE: mine finally triggered. Apparently, you need to trigger Jim's 3-heart event and make sure he is actually in the Beach Shack. It doesn't trigger if he is not there.

Heads up that usually consecutive heart events do not trigger on the same day, exceptions usually being cutscenes bundled under one heart (e.g Luke's 2)

So if you get the 3 heart early and the salmon one doesn't trigger, just wait a day

Hello, I've just experienced this quest and this exact thing has happened. Do I just keep carrying around that salmon until it decides it wants to be given? My husband has the literal same problem right now too. I loathe quests I can't complete lol.
