is the Fishen Flowers quest bugged?

is the Fishen Flowers quest bugged? I am unable to trigger the quest

hmm idk if the update might impact the quest or not but before update, i did it with bringing every type of flowers (from scavenging and crops), and go to the tavern with the exact time that noah wanted, and he took my scavenging flowers (i guess it’s larkspur). maybe i suggest can go there every day and consider the weather also but idk if it requires to do that. at that time i just managed to finish it the day after i got the quest i guess.
but yea, still, idk the whole situation but this is my experience

It seemed to work (tho it was inconsistent) for people in v0.2 (before this update)

Doesn’t appear to be working yet for new attempts in current v0.3 (it’s possibly bc it’s partially tied to some involved characters needing to be at 6 hearts, which isn’t obtainable yet unless you get lucky with timing of bday gifts)

oh yes i heard about this too but for the wood quest, i just find out also that it impact to the fishen flower also for this newest update. glad to know

I have different flowers I could have both scavenging and crops too and I tried to deliver the flowers same day in-game when i received the quest but it did not trigger anything... now im halfway of the 2nd season in game since I had this quest. I think I'll just keep on trying and pray that I may have the luck to finish the quest lol
