i got no crops seeds in sams shop for winter. will they aper later ?

The selection of winter crops is very limited, but they should appear at town rank C, if I recall correctly.

Additionally, for guaranteed crops, you can plant wild seeds. Wild seeds will always result in tea during winter, according to people here on the discord server

You can at least plant Wild Seeds if you have them! :'D I think they'll all become Tea Leaves, but it's something!
