On day 1 early access release yes, it will only be on Xbox Gamepass for PC. There is no confirmation yet if it will ever be on Gamepass for console

Yes, but console releases will be after full PC release since the team is focused on early access right now

Awesome!! Thank you, I'm really excited for this game and I really want to play it on my Xbox, doesn't matter if I have to pay full price outside of Game Pass but I will still try to play on my PC

Fortunately, you can still play the game through Steam-facilitated controller settings in the meantime.
