As one rose head falls over the banister it’s caught by a gloved hand. The hand belonging to a full masked stranger who leaps over the banister before sitting on its edge. The sudden arrival of the masked stranger shocks Eli causing him to stumble back as he sees the stranger’s hood fall to reveal bright red glowing hair under the moonlight.
“I see…. Yours is a violent love is it not?” The intruder speaks with a low sensual rumble in his throat.

Speaking as someone who is a food worker, your sunshine child would need to be wearing a hairnet or hat to avoid dropping hair in the food, even with it tied back. I'd go with 4 (She looks adorable, I wish to smoosh face!)

4 looks more clean and presentable. l can imagine she easily tie her hair. Also as food (pun intended) note: Food workers are not allowed to use too many hands accessories. Wedding rings are also limited, with less crafts and simple model is allowed.

Yeah, I feel pretty lucky that my university basically just lets me use theirs for free including filament, and nobody really use them unless it’s at a period where people need to do some prototyping. And I don’t have to pay for the electric bill for having a printer running for 24 hours 😂

I also think that the red light is a little distracting. A general rule for really darkly lit art is that what ever has the most light casted on it will become the viewer’s center of focus. In this case, the blue light from the eyes and the red light casted on the white of his long coat are fighting for the viewer’s attention. You can search up some Chiaroscuro art/photography and take inspiration from their lighting compositions! ☺️

If some of the blue light from the eyes casted down onto the raised leg and maybe a bit on the edge of the boot? It would help lead the eye toward the boot which could be a great second point of interest rather than the white cloth beneath it! The gun in his hand could have a little more light on it as well since it is a dangerous weapon and it tells a story to the audience that this person means business. 🤔 It’s your call though! 🙏

(I have to hold a presentation about a range of game/play offers to make towards kids. I got a case study. I need to use it as foundation to the construction of it. My case study was about aggression and creative design - in it the kids have problems with aggressive behaviour, and they use packaging material as a crafting material a lot.
This particular offer is creating an "Anger Monster" the kids can freely design out of packaging materials. They can use their self designed monster to tell it whenever something makes they very angry.)

When you feel stuck with your art skill I find it’s best to always create art for yourself first and foremost. Don’t be obligated to get better for other people, let people come to you because you create amazing art.
You will get better as long as you keep drawing/painting/ect. Find inspiration, open up a canvas, start with what you are familiar with and then try to include things you are not so great at. The drive to draw something difficult will be fuelled by your artistic vision and the desire to bring it to life. If the end result is not what you wanted try doing it again until your satisfied or begin something new if you’re struck with another hit of inspiration. Of course, always take breaks when you feel burnout. 🙏

Honestly I wouldn't worry too much. I feel like one improves the most when one draws what they want. Like what Melanie said, starting with what's familiar and then adding other components you don't usually make use of is a good start ^^ This way, it won't feel like a grind and you can actually enjoy the process. There's no need to rush improvement, it'll slowly come over time with experience and observation

I tried designing an arm tattoo for my character, but I don't know how to visualize it on his arm X-X

The front view looks right, but the lower horns should reach behind and I don't know how to do it. Should I make the horns bigger maybe?

How built is your character? This would help give a better visualization on how the tattoo will lay on the surface on the arm.
From this perspective, the tattoo looks very flat. And judging from their position, it's very close to the deltoids, triceps, biceps, and brachialis
I'm aware of this because I also have a muscular character with a tattoo on her arm lol

@hazy mantle Okay I think this might be a good mock up on the side view of the arm with the base design. Notice how each part of the tattoo warps around different muscles, as well as the bottom section compressing and stretching as the arm bends. Hopefully this might help!
