Unpopular opinion, but I have considered LGBTQ+ controversial due to certain servers and communities I have been a part of. Where anything and quite literally everything was offensive to the community, and thus it became super toxic. So it has been a controversial thing for me to even want to talk about/discuss as I've been gaslit for asking simple questions to things I genuinely don't understand, and being told that I just need to "accept it". Personally, as much as I embrace the lgbtq+, I have never felt safe within the community. Ever, because of the toxicity I have endured. Because I feel that there are those within the community that need to be just as accepting of others as they want others to be of them.

My own experience moderating a community discord that emphasizes everything across the board in orientations, intimate interests (fets) etc.

This discord has rules implemented that would also cause conflict, as this means also discussing personal information, personal details, and substantially can cause things to "slip" that per the rules would violate.

Moderating said types of things can be sensitive, and for a game that focus's on essentialy to my understanding G rated content, or PG content, I would just ask mod team heavily consider the rabbit hole, and establish ground rules with serious regard to moderation in maintaining order and adherence to policy.

More so to a point I'd even speak with the owners of the company to even discuss if they want to even have that kind of a theme in the discord. As it's not homophobia etc. (I have blood relatives, and my two best friends who aren't het)

I'm just suggesting to really think on this if it's what you want to have the community morph too, because that will slip into gen game chat, and general game discussions etc.

TBH, don't run on the treadmill, walk.

Running burns carbs first, not fat. Meaning when you eat a meal after you run, you're just replacing those calories.

VS walking which goes to fat. Anaerobic always burns more fat than aerobic.

And also plan your workouts before you eat or drink anything with calories or sugars. Until you're done working out, don't do anything but non caloric/no sugar/nocarb drinks.

As in the morning, your body will fuel off the body fats directly. Note: See a doctor first before doing anykind of weightloss regiment.

@winter pier You need to ask a doctor specifically for your own knees, for the root cause of your knees "not being good" because for some YES, it will build muscle around your knee, while for others NO because if it's degraded cartlidge, grinding bone, etc. it'll progress injury.

This is why I throw that ending statement to consult a doctor before beginning any workout regiment.

Right so I have some numbers on a local scale and since last March we've had a 350% increase in people with mild-to-moderate mental health issues calling us up

The problem is everyone thinking they are psychologists and psychiatrists instead of actually seeing one. I had a psychiatrist tell me I wasn't depressed, or having anxiety, and was just ticked off at a couple people who were just dumb dumbs.

And she was right, after I stopped making them a focus point of my attention, I'm even happier now than I was before COVID.
