Hello, I am trying to enable Profiling options in my sentry self hosted when configuring symfony sdk project. I get the message “This feature is not enabled on your Sentry installation.” Do I need to change something in the configuration/add something?

You should be able to use profiling from sentry's docs https://docs.sentry.io
Just ignore what's on your instance
When profiling data hits your instance, I believe it will work out of the box
