Also, are you able to see the feedback messages after a hard refresh or no luck?
No luck. I even tried signing out and back in and nothing

also, another department of my company has a sentry instance as well, so you might find that while looking for my instance
my department does internal development and the other department does external development
Should we focus strictly on the ncp-portal project?
yes, this is the one we have configured feedback and replay on
if we configure more later and encounter the same, then we can address that later
Hey @coarse tartan , looks like the feedbacks that disappeared were "auto-resolved" which is a functionality we intended to remove from User Feedback. Michelle on our team put up a PR since we missed an edge case: https://github.com/getsentry/sentry/pull/90240. Once this is merged, are you able to send another test feedback? We expect this to show up in the main inbox list for Feedback after the fix is deployed.
what do i do if i get feedback that is autoresolved before i can create an issue in my SC?
I think we're still able to retrieve the metadata from the feedback messages although they don't show up in the UI right now - so lmk if you see the counter increase again.
