i set the bokeh quality stupidly high so its taking 8200 shots to create it, plus a wait of 3 frames between shots, should be finished in about 10 mins or so

Yeah quests are the biggest! Followed by bosses, domains and opening chests but your level might not be high enough for some of that just yet

I think domains give experience anyway, I know they give it for friendship
