Pitch Change? Distortion?

Because making something still sound like a Person is quite hard to do with the limitations of Voice Mod's Voice Lab

The Best thing you can do is slight Pitch Changes

and Very Minimal Effects

Anything more and it starts to sound less human

And also "My Friends tell I'm using a voice changer" You answered the problem yourself, they're your friends. Of course if you're trying to trick someone with a voice changer. You're not going to be able to do it with your friends

a slight Resonator + use of the Equalizer could also get you closer to the effect you seek.

I dropped the pitch quite a bit, and then I added a slight robotifier. Lastly, I went to the Vocoder and added a small bit of the Super Bot.

not sure. Try a little bit of stereo with a low pitch that has the mix really low that you barely hear it. Almost like a soft second voice. That might work

Then put the mix of the voice itself somewhere under 40 or 50 I think. Maybe max up to 60. That will prevent the stereo from going over your normal voice. But in this case you might want to increase amount of the settings I just suggested.

I've been trying to create the shredder esthetic from tmnt 2003. But I can't quite get the echo sound right, any idea what additional settings are missing or should be tweaked?

If you wanted to be as faithful to the source material as possible, I'd do it by using two audio tracks. Artorias speaks cleanly often, and some of his grunts have no processing. And sometimes, he's animalistic and you can hear a reverb/echo effect. Then there are lines where the distortion sounds independent of what he's saying entirely, e.g. his voice sounds fine but the "distortion" sounds animalistic, like a processed wolf howling. Basically his dialogue effects change as the voicelines progress to parallel his corruption by the abyss. If you're using VR chat, perhaps pick how much abyss corruption you want to incorporate and then try to recreate point of corruption in Artorias in voicelab

It should work anywhere. Though in games where you cannot change your microphone in the settings, you'd have to put the voicemod output device as default output device on your microphone.

Has been requested many times before and you won't be the last one. Best you can do now is make your own with (probably humanized) pitch and possibly other settings to try to get rid of the roboticness. Or use male to female 1 or 2. 2 has worked the best for me personaly. Got pretty close to realistic with that one.

voice changer advice, none. But for natural voice acting, like I do, you will probably want to roll your tongue a bit when saying the R. For the rest, you have to kinda whisper a bit. Like, whisper like you're terrible at being silent so you are still somewhat on a normal tone of voice, if you know what I mean. Or you could say it's like talking a little mysterious.
Then, a light french accent. Not as hard as you think, in my opinion. I say, grab some voice lines off of youtube, select a few to practice, practice them, select the ones you think would be best for practicing more and mostly the ones that went the best in your own opinion. If you start getting good with those lines, try to say some other lines and try to just speak with that voice. It might not go as well in the beginning, but it will when you do it more often.
And most important for me is, get into the character. Maybe kinda behave as the character would in your mind, as in movement. I do this alot in VRChat. And when speaking normally with the voice, don't say things like: "I have wares if you have coin." but instead, try: "Khajiit has wares, if you have coin." (again, with the short rolling R in 'wares')

with rolling R or rolling your tongue, i mean kinda like if you're trying to purr very shortly while speaking.

For the mic, I just recommend a little bit of high pass, some distortion and probably mess around with equalizer. Not sure what settings for equalizer though.

If you don't succeed eith these settings, then try adding low pass and/or stereo and see if those can somehow help.

Oh and possibly some vocoder but no idea what settings if this would work..

And it would only be a tiny bit of vocoder anyways

seems like you need a little bit of a robot voice and/or vocoding and some optional reverb, that's probably about it.

Yeah, like @onyx ledge said, if it's stephan hawkins, you can use the "genius" voice that voicemod already has. But it is mainly just natural voice acting and a possibly slight pitch change. But not too much, else it'll sound robotic and fake.

The thing with making voices sound like from a different gender is, it's mostly about acting, vocal inflections and practice, even if you have a really deep voice. No matter what you use to change your pitch (there are girls with deep voices and still sound like girls?), the way you speak will most likely give it away. What you could do now is making your best getting decent at faking a female voice and then just try to bend the pitch digitally a tiny bit to help.

Not making commercial for other voice changers, mostly because this is more of a audio edit/music making program. But there is a file for FL studio you can download somewhere with an extremely good stormtrooper. Though it's called 'nine tailed fox' or something.
Though i'll always give stormtrooper voices a try from voicemod because I just mainly use voicemod

That also depends a lot on the type of mic you have, but here are a couple things you can try:

1.- Use the 8bit effect at about 50% mix
2.- Use a headset mic, preferably an old headset like an Xbox 360 one or similar
3.- Have the mic very close to your mouth but with about 75% the volume, that'll make it sound distorted but not enough to be inaudible.
4.- ???
5.- Profit
