Yes. I just realized even if I sent a video example of Alex Mercers voice lines, it explicitly says “characters with no audio effects and is just their real voice”. I took that to mean the voice actor. I just thought someone could make a voice with the tools on the creation kit that would sound SIMILAR to him, not exact.

Like obviously you can’t upload an ai voice, there isn’t even a button to do that. You have to use the tools in the voice creation kit to make a voice.

Just use what is in the voicelab, we only use ethically trained AI voices with contracted paid voice actors.

If it's what you need just use many of the other programs that do allow it. Also it is pretty impossible to get that level of quality with low latency that voicemod offers.

Well AI Voice cloning isn't allowed for this since Voicemod is about Voice changer.

But this request of yours is voice acted in which a voice changer can't make this possible.

Voicemod can do like some sort of a battle radio type of voice changer just like you'd hear from a walkie talkie, an announcer, sound like Optimus prime and so on.

And that's what Voicemod is. Not really just make a voice out of that. There's no voice effect or anything. Just raw voice acted.
