I would need your help, who surely have more experience than me, to find the right settings to create an angelic, divine voice. By angelic I don't mean a clear, high-pitched voice but an authoritative but reassuring, confident voice (something like tyarel in diablo if you know what i mean :D) I ask this because I am playing GTA 5 RP and to best interpret my role, when I transform into an angel, I am trying to create a voice that fits. I would also like to be able to have an evolution of the voice, thanks to voicelab, starting from a less divine voice that gradually becomes more divine (as time passes and exp accumulates). I've been trying for hours to create one, which I can also adjust, but I just can't and I'm going out of my mind!

Yes, that’s what I also thought- more specifically one from the 70s, but whenever I try to recreate the voice, everyone uses a ring-modulator, which are quite expensive

• A real life human/celeb (They will more likely NOT consent to having their voice be used as a voice changer for impersonation, seriously unethical)
• Text-to-Speech (TTS) voices like Microsoft or Atari SAM (TTS voices just can't be replicated with Voicemod)
• A character that only needs voice acting to pull off with NO VOICE EFFECTS AT ALL (it spits in the face of the hardworking voice actor that brings the character to life through their voice, no AI can EVER replicate the amount of talent humans can possess)
• Requires sampling and an AI similar to ElevenLabs (Voicemod is NOT like ElevenLabs or Voice.AI and they never will be. Voicemod also agrees that using AI to impersonate someone or steals someone's voice is highly unethical and only has their own AI voices that only they made without voice theft)
• Voices that are just sounds (like Metal Pipe or sens), this includes Undertale/deltarune in-game dialogue text sounds. Voicelab is currently not capable of allowing you to make voices that replaces everything you say with a sound effect, for now just use a soundboard
  To hell with AI, get good at voice acting
  (PS: You WILL need Pro for voice requests, there's no point in requesting a voice if you're unable to use it without Pro)

It takes a bit of voice acting, but if you want the effect, here's what I use: Tank Commander, set Commander to Myself, Tank to None, and Radio Presets to FUG-5.

Once you've done that, set your Pitch to 45, and Radio Interference to 0. (You may have to adjust the Pitch to accommodate for your own voice.)

This gives me a very accurate result.

cut them down in size

and use them in a soundboard to replicate the effect

I came up with the idea a long time ago but never applied it due to it being to much work for one voice

Hey, make a glitchy/repeating voice, like one that sounds like the repeats cyn has when they talk or error sans when he speaks. If possible you could add a slider of how often it will repeat, and another slider on how big the random number of repeats the glitch will make.

Most of Soundwave's voice in Prime is done without effects, and is just Frank Welker's throat shred voice from the Bayverse Soundwave, original Doctor Claw, and Aladin's Cave of Wonders. If you can manage to get that down and need the G1 autotune in the background like in TFPrime, I recommend using the "Cybertune" preset. Set the pitch down to 0%, and lower the mix on it to make the actual voice more noticeable.

And just an FYI, the throat shredding voice, as the name implies, can be very painful without proper training(speaking from experience). I do not recommend doing it for long periods of time, and if you want to maintain a good tolerance to it, start off being quiet and light on the voice. Putting too much power into it will lead to a very unpleasant experience.
