If it's black ops 6 then that's on their end unfortunately.
And type of noise reduction will kill soundboards and we have no control over if a game filters it.

Well it's mainly filters to improve voice quality with their voice chat, but there's no way to turn it off and it messes up your input when using voicemod because then some effects can't come through clearly.
