AVX2 is for the AI voices. Everything else should work fine on pretty much any CPU from the last 10 years, although there may be some performance issues if it is that old. lol

as soon as i exit out of voicemod v3 it works like normal
but when i boot it up it takes 30 seconds to be able to talk on discord, it says rtc connecting for 20-30 seconds each time
