it could be a disconnected audio output option
or you could just have turned off the audio by accident
make sure this is on for one
and then make sure all of these are working right
if anything shows up red, that probably means it's not lol
if you have a separate headphone usb slot, you probably want to check this before recording anything
if you unplug and plug back in your headphones a lot
sometimes it disconnects the audio output slot
