Not Kawaii, but I can recommend Genki or Yoen with the pitch set higher.

Kawaii is quite high pitch so can sound worse overall and hard to pick up your words. Genki is my overall favourite. (1st voice shown).

You might have more luck using the "cute" voice, since it does no AI processing and sounds like your voice but higher. Set the pitch to 0.

I guess if you already have a voice which has less lows in it, then just use the voice enhancer (pretty sure you can use that for free) and then put the pitch higher and drop the bass.

Most of the work is in your actual voice, you'll need to train it to speak softer, then pitch makes a nice difference.

But exclusively for AI voice?, an example of what I mean: I connect to a machine that is in some database that VoiceMod bought, the purpose of the machine is exclusively to let me import AI voice files and serve as a cloud processor to transform my voice into AI, and then it returns the audio to me through a virtual microphone, I believe the latency would be higher... but it wouldn't use up my PC's resources and I could still use it on any PC, even if it's the weakest... without a video card

GPU support may be available in the future, but if we did cloud hosted AI voices it would be super hard to get this to work in realtime, there's no way to effectively encode your audio too our servers, convert into the voice and then send back to your pc.
