Like in Steam VR? You should be able to bind a keybind using steam vr controller layout or OVR advanced settings/OVRToolkit.

You would need to setup your keybinds like normal in voicemod, then add them to your controller using those steam vr apps ^

Or you can also pin the voicemod window in your vr space and control it from there.
