• Missing a few features for now (Community Voices, censor beep, mute mic)
• New and improving interface, faster, lighter. More responsive. Soundboards can be reordered and community sounds is better integrated in the app with less user friction.
• All planned changes will be updated into V3 moving forward. Including new voices with new technology since V3 we can update our sdk much easier and it's universal for windows, mac and future platforms.

Currently you can't export V2 data and import it to V3, but that will be possible when we're finally ready to move existing V2 users. So if you're on V2 it's best to just stay with it.

I'd say V2 is a stable channel and then V3 is like an open beta/Canary testing.

Applying effects to a vocal signal always introduces some level of latency. Basically a delay.
A roundtrip latency indicator is just VoiceMod showing somewhere how much latency is being introduced, generally in miliseconds

Okay, you talk, VoiceMod takes some time to do its effects.

Let's say you're recording, the recording of your voice will be delayed by a couple miliseconds in reference to the video because of that.
A latency indicator that shows you how much latency is being added is very useful.
In this example you could just add a render delay in OBS that matches the latency VoiceMod is reporting and now everything is synced properly

Having a slight one just reduces any static in our voices or from your input. But since you already use broadcast your input is already artificially clean.
