In windows sound settings are you able to make sure the voicemod mic is set to 100%

I noticed an issue with my setup today where it was set very low for some reason, if it's the same for you I'll report it to get it fixed.

So when you open windows settings, then click "System > sound"

Should have a list of output and input devices, just make sure the voicemod ones are set to 100%

Ah ok, so if you click on "device properties" under the voicemod mic

Should then be able to see the levels there

I would also tick the "allow applications to take exclusive control of this device" off, just incase something is changing the levels.

so for example you could have a ton of hurt sounds set to the same keybind and each time you press it you get a random hurt sound

or you could do something like soundboard roulette where you have a ton of meme sounds all on the same bind and every time you press it you get a random one

how cool would it be if you could group up multiple soundboard sounds into a "Random Soundboard Sound" type of button, so like you could have a "Hurt Sound" group that when you activate plays a random one of the hurt sounds you have grouped into it. or you could group multiple gun noises to do a sort of russian roulette with the sounds, the possibilities are endless

anyways another idea i also had was a setting you could apply to soundboard sounds that prevent them from being stopped, even from sounds with Stop All Sounds enabled. so like you could enable it to a music track, and you could have voicelines that have Stop All Sounds enabled so they don't overlap, but they won't stop the music track in the backround.
